2016年6月7日，美国俄亥俄州立年夜学的裴德华传授应我院李子刚副传授约请拜候我院并以题为“Drug the undruggable targets with cyclic peptides”于E-104陈诉厅为我院师生作了出色的学术陈诉。 裴德华传授致力在成长年夜环多肽类份子靶向细胞内卵白-卵白彼此作用。使用组合化学手腕筛选针对于细胞内难以靶向的卵白-卵白彼此作用的高亲及力的单环以和多环的多肽，同时裴德华传授成长了基在环肽的具备极高穿膜能力的穿膜肽，同时体系地研究环肽穿膜机制，提出了环肽新的入胞机制。 我院师生踊跃与其举行学术会商与交流，获益匪浅。裴德华传授先容：Dehua Pei obtained his B.S. Degree in Chemistry from Wuhan University, China in 1986 and his Ph.D. Degree in Organic Chemistry from University of California, Berkeley in 1991, working under the direction of Peter G. Schultz. After a postdoctoral stint with Christopher T. Walsh at Harvard Medical School, he joined the faculty at OSU in 1995 as an Assistant Professor.
